Call (510) 996-8420 between 10:00am and 8:00pm to charter a special car or the whole train
The Caboose
Get a spectacular view of the train from the cupola of our Santa Fe caboose. The
fee for 1 to 24 people is $750.00.
Private Car
You supply the party, we supply a former business car with serving counter, private center room,
and rear observation lounge with lots of windows. Accomodates up to 35 for $1,000.00

Note The caboose and charter cars are not wheelchair accessible due to the
narrow aisles and doorways on the antique equipment.

Experience the magic of our brightly decorated holiday train, covered with thousands
of lights, as it winds through Niles Canyon on a 75-minute round-trip
ride either from Fremont to Sunol or from Sunol to Fremont and return.
This annual fundraising event is presented by the Pacific Locomotive Association
to benefit Niles Canyon Railway projects throughout the year. We are sincerely grateful
for all of our supporters who help our non-profit, tax-exempt, living history museum
continue to operate and grow.
Holiday Club Lounge
For a larger party, we supply a luxury Art-Deco lounge car and two uniformed attendants
for an experience right out of the golden age of rail travel.
The Holiday Club Lounge has a circular mahoghany bar, framed by
etched glass and mirrors. Relax in the comfortable lounge seats with tables where you
can enjoy food and spirits that you may bring on board. The Holiday Club Lounge
seats up to 50 people for $2000.00
